Drainage
Proper parking lot drainage is crucial to ensuring the longevity of your parking lot. When water collects on the surface of your asphalt, it not only creates problems for cars and pedestrians but also can damage your asphalt surface. It’s best to consider parking lot drainage before it becomes a problem.
Garden State Pavement Solutions has the newest technology to detect the initial cause of poor parking lot drainage. We ensure minimal damage is done during excavation and the initial problem is detected. This makes the process more cost-effective.
Winter Services
Garden State Pavement Soltutions is an experienced snow and ice management provider. In fact, for the last six years, GSS has been the primary snow and ice management provider for the NJ State Police 911 Call Center, as well as the NJ State Police Regional Operations Intelligence Center. Both of these properties are 24 hour operations, which must remain open at all times.

Garden State Sealing has been a trusted name and partner to the property management community since 1983. In September of 2022, we became Garden State Pavement Solutions. Our new name more accurately depicts who we have become and better emphasizes the strength of our core capabilities.
Our advanced, in-depth property evaluation tools, pavement rating system, and project charter methodology will help property managers effectively budget and plan for current and annual new construction, reconstruction and maintenance.
